Ek baar snooze button jab aap dabate hai aur phirse so jaate hai to kitna time aur nikal jaata hai aapko pata nahi lag paata, aap sochte hai ki 10 minute aur so jaaunga par uthne ke baad pata chalta hai ki 2 ghante nikal gaye. Mitro ye mostly hota hai jab hum raat ko kaafi late se sote hai. Isliye apne sone ka aur uthneka jitna ho sake ek fixed time banalo.
