Self Confidence kaise badhaye?

Kya aap confident ho? Apna confidence badhaane ke liye aaiye aapko mai kuch kaam ke badhiya tips explain kar deta hu:
1. Apna posture thik kijiye:
Posture yaani ki aasan. Aapke khade rehne ka tarika kaisa hai? Kya aap jhuk kar chalte baithe ho? Jhuk kar khade rehte ho? Isse aapke body ko problem to hoti hi hai saath hi aapka confidence level bhi low ho sakta hai. Aapka spinal cord yaani reed ki hadi seedhi honi chahiye. 2. Apni body language thik rakhiye:
Body language mein bahut si cheezein aati hai jaise ki eye contact, face expressions, aapke baithne ka tarika, khade rehne ka tarika, aapke chalne ki speed etc etc. In cheezon ko aapko improve karna chahiye.
