2. What are your strengths and weaknesses?

Weaknesses bahut hi soch samaj ke bataane chahiye. Isliye iska answer aapko pehle se hi acchi tarah se sochke aana padta hai. Ye answer aisa hona chahiye ki aapka weakness utna bada na ho jo job ke liye problem create karde aur us answer me aapko ye bhi bataana hoga ki us weakness ko door karne ke liye aap kya kar rahe hai. Jaise for example. Sometimes I work so much that I do not take rest in between which can affect my health. So I am taking care of it by checking that I take a little rest which it is required.

Iska answer dene ke liye aap is Company ke baare me padhkar jaiega. Company ke acche points bataaiye interviewer ko aur bataiye ki kis tarah se aap apna career is company me long term me dekh sakte hai. Jaise agar ye company top 10 me hai to bataiye ki “This company is one of the top 10 companies in India. I will definetely be happy to be a part of this organisation.” Ya fir aisa bol sakte hai “I have read that this Company has a very good work environment”. Basically aapko Company ke baare me padhkar jaana hai aur usme se jo bhi acchi acchi cheeze hai woh bataakar ye bolna hai ki isliye mai ye company join karna chahta hu.
4. Why should I hire you?
Mai tumhe kyu naukri par rakhu. Ye kaafi aasaan sawaal hai. Isme bas aapko aapke strengths, skills, experience aur achievements ke baare me bataakar ye prove karna hai ki aap is job ke liye best ho. Job profile acche se padhkar jaaiye. Phir us job profile ko apne skills aur experience se match kijiye. Interviewer ko ye bataaiye ki aapke skills, qualification aur experience kis tarah se is job profile ko match ho rahe hai. Jo is job ko chahiye wah sab hai aapke paas. “Sir I think I have all the skills with good amount of experience required for this job”
5. How much salary are you expecting?
Agar aap thode experienced hai to aap 25-40% hike expect kar sakte hai. Normally shuru me salary ka zikr aaye to ye keh dena chahiye ki “I am expecting the best as per this role” aur HR round me exactly bataaiye ki kitna hike chahiye. Par interviewer zor de to aap ek range bataa sakte hai. Agar aap fresher hai to aap shuru me kah sakte hai ki “I am expecting it as per the range you have for this role”. Aur baad me HR se discuss karte waqt aapko jab offer denge aur agar aapko lage ki salary kam di gayi hai to aap HR se keh sakte hai ki mai itna expect kar raha tha mere skills aur qualification ke hisaab se. Salary negotiation se kabhi bhi dariye mat. Salary negotiate karne se koi bhi offer aapse wapas nahi lega, kyuki har insaan yahi chahta hai ki uske salary uske skills aur experience ke mutabik hi mile.
